RoamRegs ("we", "us") is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. This is a template and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.

Information we collect

RoamRegs is designed to work offline and stores your downloaded regulations on your own device. We do not require you to create an account to read regulations.

• Purchase data: Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat. We receive subscription status (active, expired, billing issue) but never your full payment details.
• Diagnostics: We may collect anonymized crash and performance data to improve the app.
• Device identifiers: An anonymous identifier is used to associate your subscription entitlements with your device.

How we use information

We use this information to deliver regulation content, manage subscription entitlements and download slots, notify you of regulation updates, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We rely on Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat to process and validate subscriptions. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Data retention

Downloaded regulations and app settings remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Subscription records are retained as required to provide the service.
